New Delhi: In a big breakthrough in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack case, Abu Jindal, believed to be one of the key handlers of the terrorists involved in the carnage, is in Delhi Police's custody after he was deported from Saudi Arabia on India's request.

Sources in the Delhi Police Special Cell say that Jindal not only trained the 10 terrorists who carried out the attacks in November 2008, but was also one of the key conspirators. They claim that Jindal was in the Karachi control room directing the terrorists at Nariman House during the ghastly attack, which left 166 people dead and over 200 others injured.

His presence was also stated by Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist arrested during the Mumbai attack, in his deposition before a special court. He told the court that one person by the name of Abu Jindal had tutored 10 terrorists on how to speak Hindi.

Jindal was produced before a court which remanded him to 15-day police custody. The Mumbai Crime Branch will send a team to Delhi in the next few days to seek more information about Abu Hamza and to work on getting a transit remand for a detailed interrogation in Mumbai.

Home Minister P Chidambaram, while confirming the development, said, "Abu Jindal has been apprehended and remanded to custody of law enforcement agencies." External Affairs Minister SM Krishna too lauded the achievement, saying "We are awaiting investigation report from Delhi Police. We will take appropriate action following the report."

Sources say that Jindal was a Lashker-e-Toiba terrorist, and the Hindi tutor of 10 terrorists who carried out the audacious attack in Mumbai. Abu Jindal is reported to be an Indian national who travelled to Pakistan for planning and executing the attack. He is said to have operated under various names. Jindal is also said to be involved in the 2005 Bangalore IISc attack.

India had also secured an Interpol Red Corner notice against him in which he was accused of crimes involving the use of weapons, explosives and terrorism.

With his arrest, the mysterious voice recorded during the conversation between 10 Lashker terrorists and their handlers in Pakistan has been identified, the sources said.

According to the officials associated with the probe, Jindal had told Lashker terrorists carrying out attack in Nariman House to convey to the media that the "attack was a trailer and the entire movie was yet to come".

The voice was that of Jindal and after this his activities were traced before he was finally nabbed in a Gulf country, according to officials.

In the intercepted tapes, Jindal was also heard using typical Hindi words like "prashasan" (government) and was directing the terrorists to conceal their Pakistani identity and identify themselves from Deccan Mujahideen hailing from Toli Chowk in Hyderabad.

A VERY SHOCKING STORY... NAKAKAKILABOT TALAGA... HINDI TO CHAIN MESSAGE O KAHIT ANONG CHORVA...

This is a story from University of the Philippines (Diliman) about a young college girl who passed away last month. Her name was Tiffany. She was hit by a dump truck. She had a boyfriend named Joel . Both of them were true lovers. They always hung on the phone.. You could never see her without her cell phone.

In fact she also changed her network coverage from Smart to Globe, so both of them can be on the same network, and save on the cost and get good network coverage. She spends half of the day talking/texting with Joel. Tiffany's family knew about their relationship. Joel was very close with Tiffany's family. (Just imagine their love). Before she passed away she always told her friends "If I pass Away please bury me with my hand phone" she also said the same thing to her parents.

After her death, people couldn't carry her coffin, I was there. A lot of them tried to do so but still couldn't, everybody including me, had tried to carry the coffin, the result is still the same. Eventually, they called a Feng Shui Master. He took a stick and started speaking to himself slowly.

After a few minutes, he said "THIS GIRL MISSES SOMETHING HERE". Then her friends told the Master about her intentions to bury her with her phone. He then opened the coffin and placed her phone and SIM card inside the casket. After that they tried to carry the coffin. It could be moved and they carried it into the van easily. All of us were shocked.

Tiffany's parents did not inform Joel that Tiffany had passed away. After 2 weeks Joel called Tiffany's mom and said,

"I'm coming home today. Cook something nice po, ha? Don't tell Tiffany that I'm coming home today, I wanna surprise her.

"Her mother replied... "You come home first, I wanna tell you something very important."

After he came, they told him the truth about Tiffany . Joel thought that they were playing a fool.. He was laughing and said "don't try to fool me - tell Tiffany to come out, I have a gift for her. Please stop this nonsense".

Then they showed him her grave. Joel said, "It's not true. We spoke yesterday. She still calls me." Joel was shaking.

Suddenly, his phone rang. "See.. this is from Tiffany, see this..." he showed the phone to Tiffany's family.

All of them told him to answer. He talked using the loudspeaker mode. All of them heard their conversation. Loud and clear, no cross lines, no humming. It was the actual voice of Tiffany & there was no way others could use her SIM card since it was nailed inside the coffin. They were so shocked and asked for the Feng Shui Master's help again.

The Master brought his co-masters to solve this matter. He & his co-masters worked for 5 hours. Then they discovered one thing...

இன்னொரு இந்தி எதிர்ப்பு போராட்டத்திற்கு வழி வகுத்த கேலிச் சித்திரம். அதிர்ச்சியில் இந்திய அரசு.

சமீபத்தில் இந்திய மத்திய அரசின் பாட திட்டத்தில் சேர்க்கப்பட்ட இந்தி எதிர்ப்பு போராட்டத்தை கொச்சை படுத்தும் கேலிச் சித்திரம் தமிழர்கள் மத்தியில் பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியது. இந்த கேலிச் சித்திரம் தமிழர்களை முட்டாள்கள் போல சித்தரித்தது. இப்படியான ஒரு கருத்தை மாணவர்கள் மத்தியில் திணிக்க வேண்டும் என்று இந்திய அரசு விரும்பியது.

ஒரு ஆண்டுக்கு முன்பு இந்திய கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சராக பதவியில் இருந்த கபில் சிபல் , இந்தியா முழுவதும் இந்தி மொழியை கட்டாய மாக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் , இந்தியாவில் உள்ள அனைவரும் இந்தி எழுத பேசத் தெரிந்திருக்க வேண்டும் எனவும் கருத்து தெரிவித்தார். அதற்கான சட்டத்தை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும் எனவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார் . காங்கிரஸ் அரசின் இந்த இந்தி திணிப்பு செயல் திட்டத்தை பாஜகவும் விரும்பியது. பாஜக கூட்டங்களின் இந்தி இந்தியாவின் தேசிய மொழி என்று வலியுறுத்தி வந்தது. இதற்கு ஆதரவாக வட இந்திய ஊடகங்களும், இந்திய பொது மக்களை ஒரு விவாத அரங்கத்தில் கூட்டி இந்தியை ஏன் தேசிய மொழியாக நாம் அனைவரும் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளக் கூடாது என்று விவாதம் செய்தது. இது ஒரு பக்க சார்பான விவாதம் தான் என்று அனைவருக்கும் தெரியும். தமிழர்களும் சிலர் இதை பார்த்து ஆமாம் சாமி போட்டனர்.

தமிழகத்திலும் சில தமிழர் விரோத தேசிய கட்சிகள் இந்தியை தமிழ் நாட்டில் கட்டாய பாடமாக்க வேண்டும் என துடித்தனர். குறிப்பாக காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் சட்ட மன்ற உறுப்பினர் தமிழ் மொழியை தமிழக பள்ளிக் கூடங்களில் காட்டாய மாக்கப் படக் கூடாது என்று சட்ட சபையில் வாதம் செய்தார். தமிழக முதல்வர் அது நடக்காது என்று மறுத்ததும் நமக்கு தெரிந்தே. மேலும் ஆதிக்க சக்திகள் இந்தி மொழியை தமிழகத்தில் திணிக்க கருத்து கணிப்பு என்ற பேரில் தமிழர்களுக்கு எதிரான முடிவுகளை முன் வைத்தது. இணையத்தில் வெளியிட்ட கருத்து கணிப்புகள் முழுவதும் இந்தி திணிப்புக்கு ஆதரவாகவே இருந்தது. கூடுதலாக இந்த இந்தி ஆதரவு சக்திகள் தமிழக அரசுக்கு கையெழுத்து விண்ணப்பம் ஒன்றும் தயார் செய்தது . இதில் ஆயிரக்கணக்கில் மக்களிடம் கையெழுத்து பெற்றதாக கூறி தமிழக அரசிடம் சமர்ப்பித்தது.

இதனால் இந்தி எதிர்ப்பு என்பது தமிழகத்தில் முனை மழுங்கி விட்டது என மத்திய அரசு நம்பியது. இதுவே நல்ல தருணம் , இந்தியை எப்படியும் திணித்து விடலாம் என்று காங்கிரஸ் அரசு ஹிந்தி மொழி மத்திய பள்ளிகளை தமிழகத்தில் தொடங்க வேண்டும் என கேட்டு வந்தனர்.

இந்நிலையில் தான் இந்த கேலிச் சித்திரம் பிரச்சனை வெடித்தது. மத்திய அரசின் பாட புத்தகத்தில் திட்டமிட்டே திணிக்கப்பட்ட இந்த கேலிச் சித்திரத்தை வேண்டுமென்றே தமிழர்களுக்கு எதிராக வெளியிட்டது மத்திய அரசு. தமிழர்களுக்கு பல் இன்னும் கூர்மையாக தான் உள்ளதா அல்லது தமிழர்களின் பல் பிடுங்கப்பட்டு விட்டதா என்று பரிசோதிக்கவே இந்த படத்தை பாட திட்டத்தில் சேர்ந்தனர் வட நாட்டு இந்தி வெறியர்கள்.

ஆனால் தன்மானத் தமிழர்கள் இன்னும் சுயமரியாதையையும், தங்கள் இன அடையாளத்தையும் இழக்க வில்லை என்று மீண்டும் ஒரு முறை நிரூபித்து விட்டார்கள். இந்த போராட்டத்தை முதலில் தொடக்கி வைத்தவர் மதிமுக தலைவர் வைகோ அவர்கள் தான் . அவரை தொடர்ந்து சீமான், திருமா , ராமதாஸ் , கருணாநிதி என பல தலைவர்களும் இந்த கேலிச் சித்திரத்திற்கு கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்தனர். கடைசி வரை மௌனமாகே இருந்து வந்த தமிழக முதல்வரும் , தமிழ் நாட்டில் ஏற்பட்ட இந்த எதிர்பலையை பார்த்து தானும் தனது பங்கிற்கு ஒரு எதிர்ப்பு அறிக்கையை வெளியிட்டார்.

இதில் குறிப்பிடபட வேண்டிய விடயம் , 1930 மற்றும் 1960 களில் ஏற்பட்ட இந்தி எதிர்ப்பு போராட்டம் இன்னும் அணையாமல் அப்படியே இருக்கிறது என்பது மட்டும் தெளிவாக தெரிகிறது . மத்திய மாநில அரசும் அதை இப்போது உணர்ந்து கொண்டது . இனிமேலும் மத்திய அரசு இந்தியை தமிழ் நாட்டில் பல வழிகளில் திணித்து விட முடியும் என்ற கருத்தை மாற்றி கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்ற நிர்பந்தத்திற்கு ஆளாகி உள்ளது இந்திய அரசு. இனி வருங்காலங்களிலும் தமிழ்நாட்டில் இந்தியை யாரும் திணித்து விட முடியாது என நிரூபித்து விட்டது தமிழகம் . இது தமிழகளுக்கு மற்றுமொரு வெற்றியாகும். வாழ்க தமிழ் . வளர்க தமிழ் நாடு

கெயில் (GAIL) காஸ் லைன் பதிப்பு திட்டம்.

நதிநீர், மின்சாரம், மீனவர் பாதுகாப்பு, அரசியல் பிரதிநிதித்துவம் என்று எல்லாவற்றிலும் இரண்டாம்தர குடிமக்களாய் நடத்தப்படும் தமிழகத்தின் ஏமாளிதனத்தின் இன்னொரு அடையாளம் கெயில் (GAIL) காஸ் லைன் பதிப்பு திட்டம்.

கேரளா-கொச்சியில் இருந்து கர்நாடக-பெங்கலூருவிற்கு தமிழ்நாடு வழியாக காஸ்லைன் செல்கிறது. இதனால் விவசாயிகள் பெரிய அளவில் பாதிப்படைகின்றனர். காஸ் விற்பதால் வரிப்பயன்&வேலை பெறுவது கேரளா, அதை வாங்கி பயன்படுத்துவது கர்நாடகா இருந்தும் நம் நிலங்களுக்குள் பைப்லைன் வர காரணம் அம்மாநில விவசாயி/அரசு எதிர்பா? இல்லை தமிழர் என்ற இளக்காரமா..??

ஏழு மாவட்ட(!) விவசாய நிலங்களுக்குள் இந்த பைப் செல்வதால் அந்த நிலத்தில் விவசாய கட்டுப்பாடு வரும். அதாவது தண்ணீர் பாய்ச்சகூடாது; மழை பெய்தால் அதைக்கொண்டு பயிர் செய்யலாம்; உழுதல் கூடாது; மரம்,வீடு,ரோடு கூடாது. அந்த பைப்லைனுக்கு பாதிப்பென்றால் அந்த விவசாயிதான் பொறுப்பு! எப்படி நியாயம்?? இதற்கு அவர்கள் தரும் இழப்பீடு ஏக்கருக்கு ஆயிரம் ரூபாய்!

ஒரு வயதான விவசாயி, நில உரிமையாளர், நிலத்தில் அத்துமீறி நுழைந்து குழி பறிப்பதும் நிலம் அளப்பதும் கண்டு கேள்வி கேட்டவரை “திஹார் ஜெயிலுக்கு போறியா?? XXX, ஓடீறு..!!”. கூலிக்கு இருக்கும் ஒரு கடைநிலை ஊழியனுக்கே இவ்வளவு துணிச்சல் எனில் அந்த நிர்வாகத்துக்கு தமிழ்விவசாயி என்றால் எவ்வளவு அலட்சியம் கற்பிக்கபட்டிருக்கும்?

தமிழகம் வழியாக வரகூடாது என்ற கழுதை கோரிக்கை தேய்ந்து, ரயில் தட ஓரத்திலும், நெடுஞ்சாலை ஓரங்களிலும் கொண்டு செல்லுங்கள். விவாசயத்தை அழிக்காதீர்கள், விவசாயிகளுக்கான கட்டுபாடுகளை தளர்த்துங்கள் என்ற கட்டெறும்பு கோரிக்கை வைத்தாலும் ஏற்க மறுக்கிறார்கள். இவர்கள் சொல்லும் காரணம் தமிழகம் வழியாக வந்தால் 310கிமீ; கேரளா, மைசூரு வழியாக வந்தால் 470கிமீ. ஆனால் வரைபடத்தை பார்த்தால் எது குறைந்த தூரம் என்பது விளங்கும். அந்த பாதையைவிட தமிழக பாதையில் மலைகளும் வனப்பகுதியும் அதிகம்.

விவசாய நிலத்துக்குள்தான் ரோடு, ரயில், ரியல்எஸ்டேட், காஸ்லைன், தொழிற்சாலை அனைத்தும் வருமா? இதற்கான போராட்டம் வலுத்து வரும் நிலையில் அனைத்து தரப்பு மக்களும் ஆதரவளிக்க வேண்டும். எல்லா மாவட்ட விவசாயிகளும் வேறுபாடுகள் மறந்து ஓரணியில் நிற்க வேண்டும். இணைய தமிழர்களும் தங்கள் ஆதரவை காட்ட வேண்டும்.
